Gluten Free Health – Celiac|Coeliac cards

March 31, 2009

Eating out is fun. But when you have gluten sensitivity you sometimes feel your choices are limited. Not all chefs understand the challenges Coeliacs face every day and this, of course, can also be tricky.

Similarly, when travelling interstate or overseas the last thing you want is to eat the wrong foods that will cause you problems.

In our role supporting those that have gluten sensitivity F.G. Roberts has produced a simple explanatory card you can carry with you at all times.

  • You can ask waiters to ‘Please show this to your chef.’
  • You can carry the card with you when you travel and even have it translated into the language of the foreign country you are visiting.

Download the card now and print it on hard board or laminate it and carry it with you always.

Best wishes,

Paul Smith
